What to do in Shushtar?

There are many things to do in Shushtar, the city is certainly not famous under foreign tourists. But it’s definitely a city worth it to visit on your trip to the warm and welcoming south!

How To Get To Shushtar?

By Car

There’s one direct road connection with Shustar on the route (road 39 Andimeshk – Ahvaz). Of course from Tehran you can also get here when you first go down to Ahwaz by road 65 to Shiraz. Change the road from Esfahan to Ahvaz and then go up on road 39 to Shushtar.

By Bus

By Plane

There are no direct flights to Shushtar. The closest airport is on a one hour drive to Ahvaz. From Ahvaz it’s easy to get to Shushtar from anywhere in the country and from abroad.
