In Qajar Era, Motevalli Bashi House has been built during 1834 to 1844 in Mahan, Kerman. In 1930, it has been registered in the national heritage list. Motevalli Bashi Traditional Hotel has started its work as a guesthouse since 2013. Due to the fact that the house is in the waiting list of being registered internationally, there is no possibility for adding a bathroom and kitchen for rooms.
